We started with websites and kept seeing the same thing: the website was the smaller problem. Behind it, hours were tracked on paper, quotes lived in spreadsheets, and decisions disappeared into WhatsApp groups nobody could search two weeks later.
So today we build both: the presence and the software behind it. And we stay afterwards: maintenance and ongoing development aren't an add-on, they're the part of the work that matters over years.
Software nobody maintains costs more after two years than software somebody does.
