Terms and conditions

These terms govern the use of this website and the basis of our offers. For specific projects, the written quote applies in addition and takes precedence over these terms.

Use of the website

The website may be used for lawful purposes only. Its operation must not be disrupted and no unauthorised access may be attempted.

Offers and prices

Prices shown on this website are in Swiss francs and exclude VAT. They serve as guidance and do not constitute a binding offer. Only the written quote issued after the intro call or the discovery workshop is binding. Clients in Germany are invoiced in euros at the current rate.

Payment terms

Apps and internal business tools are invoiced in three steps: 40% on order, 30% at prototype sign-off, 30% on handover. Websites are invoiced 50% on order and 50% at launch. Invoices are payable within 30 days.

Rights in the result

On full payment, all transferable rights in the code produced and in the design results pass to the client. Rights in third-party libraries follow their respective licences. Unless agreed otherwise, we may name the project as a reference.

Maintenance

Maintenance is invoiced monthly and can be cancelled by either party with effect from the end of a month. Unused change hours expire in line with the chosen tier.

Client cooperation

Meeting the agreed dates requires the timely delivery of content, access credentials and approvals by the client. Delays arising from this shift the dates accordingly.

Liability

We are liable for intent and gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence, as well as for indirect damage and lost profit, is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
